 What floats my boat...

First, I love God with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I have committed my life to service to God by (i) being a practicing Christian, (ii) being a Christian husband and (iii) being a Christian minister. This pursuit has and does involve formal education in the Christian religion with an eye toward preparation for a life of pastoral ministry. It also has and does involve the development and practice of personal spiritual disciplines. "Faith apart from works is barren" (NRSV James 2:20b).
